Voluntary Participation & Scope of Consent

I understand that participation in the AI Photo Booth experience is completely voluntary.

I consent to my photograph, likeness, facial features, expressions, and uploaded or captured visual content being processed for the purpose of generating AI-enhanced images and/or cinematic videos.

I explicitly acknowledge that the personal data fields collected from me include my live digital image/photograph and facial geometric data.

Purpose of Processing

I understand that my images and related visual data will only be used for:

• Capturing photographs and/or videos;
• Generating AI-enhanced images and cinematic content;
• Delivering the generated content to me through digital access methods such as QR codes or web links.

Temporary Data Processing & Storage Timelines

I understand that the generated media may be temporarily processed and stored on secure systems solely for rendering and delivery purposes.

I understand that the kiosk device itself does not intentionally retain my captured media after processing completion.

I understand that the access links provided to me are ephemeral and hosted on secure upstream infrastructure. I acknowledge that intermediate data loops and server transaction history log files will automatically clear on a hard-coded lifecycle: content delivery links will expire within 20 minutes to 7 days, while security and platform safety audit logs will completely erase within a maximum hard window of 30 days.

Third-Party Technology & Infrastructure

I understand that secure third-party technology platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI processing services may be used to process and deliver the generated media.

I acknowledge that digital processing involves automated cloud routing.

Pursuant to Section 16 of the DPDPA, I explicitly consent to my data being processed over secure, encrypted networks on infrastructure nodes located both within India and internationally (including the United States and the European Union).

I understand that all upstream processors operate under strict enterprise agreements where my visual likeness and prompts are strictly quarantined and never used to train, tune, or improve public foundational AI models.

Consent for Facial Processing

I expressly consent to automated image analysis and facial processing solely for the creation of AI-generated or AI-enhanced outputs requested by me.

I understand that no biometric identification, identity verification, surveillance, or profiling activities are intended.

Children / Minors (Under 18 Years)

If the participant is below 18 years of age, verifiable consent must be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult accompanying the minor.

By proceeding on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian confirms they are legally authorized to provide such consent.

I acknowledge that the system strictly prohibits any behavioural tracking, targeted advertising, or commercial data exploitation of minors.

No Guaranteed Accuracy

I understand that AI-generated outputs are artistic and automated in nature and may contain visual inaccuracies, modifications, or unexpected creative interpretations.

Guest Responsibility for Sharing

I understand that once the generated media is delivered to me, any further sharing, downloading, reposting, or distribution by me is my own responsibility.

Withdrawal of Participation & Data Deletion

I understand that I may choose not to participate at any point before image capture.

I acknowledge that under the DPDPA, I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time with the same ease as it was given. I understand that withdrawing consent post-generation will trigger the immediate deletion of my delivery contact information and the fast-tracking of my generated image assets from our active operational queues.

Section 5 Compliant Grievance & Redressal Block

• Data Fiduciary Identity: This service is operated by QlickZ Magic Events.
• Grievance Redressal: If I wish to exercise my right to access, update, erase, or withdraw my consent, or if I have any privacy complaints, I can contact the designated Grievance Officer directly at [email protected].
• I am aware that I also hold the statutory right to escalate unresolved grievances directly to the Data Protection Board of India.
• Language Option: I acknowledge that I have been given the option to read and review this notice in English or other official regional languages.

Acknowledgement & Consent Affirmation

By clicking the Agree button below, scanning the QR code, selecting “I Agree”, posing for photographs, or otherwise participating in the Service, I confirm that:

• I am 18 years of age or older (or submitting this form as a physically present parent/lawful guardian of the participating minor);
• I have read, understood, and independently reviewed this consent form;
• I voluntarily and unambiguously grant affirmative consent to the itemized data processing, cross-border cloud routing, and temporary retention parameters described above.
